Delete your data

You can request deletion of your data at any time — either your entire account or only specific items (e.g. just your profile photo, just your prediction history). Follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address used to sign up for the Bolão de Futebol 2026 app and specify whether you want to delete everything (entire account) or only specific items.
3. We reply and complete the deletion within 7 calendar days.

Deleted immediately upon confirmation:

Login credentials and active sessions	Revoked

Retained for legal or security reasons:

After the periods above, remaining data is deleted automatically.

When writing to us, please include

• The email address you used to sign up
• App version (found under Menu → Settings)
• Your device model and OS (iOS or Android)
• A description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot

Common topics

• Manage subscription: use your device's Settings app (iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions · Android: Google Play → Subscriptions)

• Refunds: request them through the store where the purchase was made (Apple or Google)
